What insurances are accepted?

Our practice is in the Delta Dental Network. For all other insurances, except Horizon Blue/Cross Blue Shield, we submit the claims and will bill you for whatever your insurance carrier does cover. Yearly deductibles and copayments are due at the time services are rendered. For Horizon Blue/Cross Blue Shield subscribers, payment is due at the time of services, as they will not reimburse our office. After payment is received from the patient, we will submit the claim to reimburse you directly.

What if I don’t have insurance?
Our practice will work with you to ensure that the dental care you need fits within your budget. In order to make payment for services as convenient as possible, we offer the following payment options:

  1. Cash, check or credit card (Mastercard/Visa/Discover/AMEX).
  2. Care Credit: a flexible, monthly payment plan, which offers either a no interest or low interest plan, which requires no down payment, no annual fees or prepayment penalties. (Applications are available at our front desk.)
  3. Based on the complexity of the treatment, other financial options available.
